Why you need Fibre

You could really help someone if you read this!

Want to avoid getting Constipation, Bloated Tummy or worse: Colon Cancer, Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes and Heart Disease?

We are a nation of constipation, bloatedness and weight gain and there could be a really simple solution.

Are you getting enough fibre in your diet? Women should have roughly 25 grams and men 38 grams per day? There are so many of us that don't reach this figure that we are at risk of getting at least one of the above problems if we aren't careful. It's not easy reaching our daily amount so rather than taking the risk lets find a solution.

People find it really difficult to talk about their bowel movements and for some reason it seems to be frowned upon, amongst some. However it can say a lot about a persons health. We should technically in a perfect world be going for a number 2 after each meal but the norm is at least once a day. If you aren't than you need to review your diet.

As you know our food is depleted of many vitamins and minerals because of modern day farming so we need to be careful relying on our foods to provide us with the correct amount. That's where TNT comes in. It's got all we need to supplement, alongside our fruits and veg. yipeee!!!

If you find that you get bloated from taking extra fibre it may well be because you aren't drinking enough water!
